Adelaide United have unveiled their official Kappa playing strip for the upcoming A-League season and for the first time they will include a third ‘clash’ kit.
United’s new home kit again features the traditional red with the addition of state colours in the yellow and blue detailing.
The new black away kit embraces the club’s classic red around the trimming of the collar and both sleeves.
The third strip will be worn on away matches where both the home and away strips’ colours coincide with United’s opposition and will be a cobalt blue .

It the first time the club’s outfield players will wear blue.
Meanwhile Adelaide’s goalkeepers will have three differing kits. Similar to last season, one variation will be grey, whilst the new inclusions will be lime and lilac, but all three will have red detailing.
Across all the shirts is a unique dotted gradient pulsating horizontally through the middle with Kappa’s iconic and classical ‘Omini’ logos, which sit upon each shoulder of the shirts’ ergonomic fit.
The collars differ from last season with a more retro style. The club’s crest is embroidered over the Reds’ hearts.
Other features include the club’s establishment date stamped onto the back of the collar.
