Central Coast Mariners have announced that defender Eddy Bosnar's contract has been terminated effective immediately.
Bosnar, 35, had played just 10 minutes of A-League action under Tony Walmsley so far in 2015-16.
The central defender had been at the club since January 2014 after joining from Chinese outfit Guangzhou R&F.
His contract at the Mariners was terminated by mutual consent with the defender unhappy with the lack of opportunities this season.
The club statement read: "Central Coast Mariners would like to thank Bosnar for his service to the Club, and wish him all the best with his future endeavours.
"The Central Coast Mariners and Eddy Bosnar will make no further comment on this matter."comments
