Duncan set for Jets return

Jack Duncan is set to return to the A-League with former club Newcastle Jets, FourFourTwo understands.

Duncan has just left Danish club Randers FC, one year into a two-year deal, after leaving Perth Glory.

It is believed Duncan will return to Newcastle to fight for first-team football, where he spent three years.

The Jets currently only have one first-team keeper on their books, Ben Kennedy, with Socceroo Mark Birighitti departing.

Perth-born Duncan joined the Jets in 2010 and left in 2013, after making his A-League debut in the 2011/2012 campaign.

He spent two seasons with Perth Glory, making seven appearances.

The 23-year old has represented Australia at Under-20 and Under-23 levels. FourFourTwo has approached Newcastle for comment.
