Central Coast Mariners have parted ways with reserve goalkeeper Justin Pasfield after deciding not to renew the 28-year-old's contract.
Pasfield linked with the club on an initial two-season contract in 2011 and extended his stay for a further year in February 2013.
The former North Queensland Fury player made 14 competitive appearances for the Mariners during that time and proved to be a dependable pinch hitter for first choice Mathew Ryan and then Liam Reddy.
The Mariners will announce a replacement goalkeeper in the coming weeks.
“Justin has been a top professional and person during his time with the Mariners and took our decision (Wednesday) like the professional he is,” head coach Phil Moss said.
“We will continue to work with Justin until the football department breaks for annual leave later this month.
“We wish Justin the very best of luck in his future career."
