Annuar Musa: Gan will stay

Kelantan president Annuar Musa has announced that Brendan Gan will be staying at the club for the upcoming 2015 season.

The former Sydney midfielder, who officially joined the Red Warriors in April 2014, was linked with a few clubs following consistent performances for the East Coast side in the Malaysian Super League and Malaysia Cup.

Gan will be joined by the likes of captain Badhri Radzi, national goalkeeper Khairul Fahmi Che Mat, Wan Zack Haikal, Fakri Saarani and Fitri Omar at the Sultan Mohammad IV Stadium, as confirmed by the Kelantan supremo on Facebook.

“These players have contracts with the Kelantan Football Association and have also been officially registered as part of next season’s squad with the Football Association of Malaysia last week,” Annuar Musa wrote on his Facebook wall.

He also revealed that the club have secured their foreign players for next season, but their identities have not been released.
