The dangers of over training

Here's how to know you're overdoing it, with insight from Southampton's sports medicine and science manager, Mo Gimpel

Does this sound familiar? You constantly ache, you keep getting ill, can't sleep and find it hard train or even play football.

If the answer is yes, you need to stop and take a break. You could be over training. Instead of getting stronger, you're getting weaker.
