Arsenal vs Cardiff Cup replay called off

Heavy snow has fallen in the capital throughout Sunday night, continuing into Monday, and although the Emirates Stadium pitch is playable because of undersoil heating, there remains safety and travel concerns for supporters with rail and London Underground services seriously affected.
