After the departure of coach Louis van Gaal to Bayern Munich, another important cog could be wrenched from AZ Alkmaar's title-winning machine. Belgium striker Moussa Dembele has attracted attention from some of Europe's top clubs since he signed for AZ, playing a key role for club and country. After winning the Dutch title in his third season for the club it would appear Dembele, 21, is ready to move on to bigger things. "Moussa has said that he is open to a transfer to another club," his agent Patrick Vervoort told Belgian newspaper Het Nieuwsblad. With Chelsea and Arsenal interested in taking the striker to the Premiership Vervoort added, "At the moment he really thinks that he will leave AZ. But we have to wait and see which interest becomes concrete and if a club call AZ." After starring in Belgium's run to the semi-finals at the Beijing Olympics, scoring twice against Italy in the quarter finals, Dembele's future looks likely to be away from Holland.
