Evra and Fabregas set for fisticuffs

Manchester United full-back Patrice Evra has continued his war of words with Arsenal captain Cesc Fabregas, with the French international challenging the Spaniard to a fist-fight. The pair have been at loggerheads since the sides' Champions League semi-final meetings earlier this month, with the Gunners' originally offended by the Frenchman's comments that United brushed Arsenal aside 'like men against boys'. While the situation inflamed further during the teams' Premier League stalemate at Old Trafford, with Evra accusing Fabregas of intentionally trying to injure him with a reckless challenge. Evra is currently in Rome prepating to face Barcelona in Wednesday's Champions League final. However, the former Monaco man is intent on revenge with his Arsenal counterpart, challenging Fabregas to an off-the-pitch duel. “I was very disappointed,” he told L’Equipe. “If you fancy giving knocks, then you do boxing, not football. “But we will meet each other off the pitch. And this time there won’t be any referee to give a red card.” ARSENAL FANS!
