FIFPro demands clubs respect obligations

Negotiations led by the world players' union to reform the transfer system broke down last week after the European Clubs' Association (ECA) and the European Professional Football Leagues (EPFL) refused to introduce new rulings.

Serie A side Parma did not paid players throughout November and December, with star player Antonio Cassano walking out on the club this week as a result.
