Liverpool to christen new Espanyol home

Espanyol will play Liverpool on August 2 to unveil their new 40,000 seater Cornella-El Prat stadium, the Primera Liga club said on its website. The venue is about 5km west of their current home at Barcelona's Olympic Stadium on the hill of Montjuic (pictured). Espanyol are bottom of the league, four points adrift of 19th-placed Numancia, and have only four wins in 28 matches this term. LIVERPOOL FANS!
