Nani: I can replace Ronaldo

Manchester United youngster Nani believes he can be a ready-made replacement for Real Madrid-bound Cristiano Ronaldo. The FIFA World Player of the Year is set to swap Old Trafford for the Santiago Bernabeu this summer after the two clubs agreed a world record £80 million fee for the 24-year-old's services. But while Sir Alex Ferguson eyes potential replacements for the former Sporting Lisbon forward, 22-year-old Nani - himself an ex-Sporting starlet - is confident he can fill Ronaldo's shoes. The Portuguese international has made 39 league appearances for the Red Devils since arriving in 2007, netting four times. "I can have more opportunities. Cristiano was very important but now I think I can show my value," he said in The Sun. "Cristiano's departure is not impossible to fix." UNITED FANS!
