Lillestrom midfielder Bjorn Helge Riise could be set for a move to the Premier League this summer, after his club admitted he is guaranteed to be sold.
The 26-year-old younger brother of former Liverpool full-back John Arne has made 85 league appearances for Lillestrom - netting 10 times - since arriving from FC Brussels in 2005, and has won 16 caps for Norway.
And his impressive form over the past year is believed to have attracted interest from both Fulham and Manchester City, with the Cottagers reportedly weighing up a move for the central midfielder, who can also operate on the right-wing.
"It is always the market that decides, but both LSK and Bjorn Helge have ambitions to seal a deal," sporting director Torgeir Bjarmann told Romerikes Blad.
"He is working hard and gives everything in the game. Something like that is noticed and Bjorn Helge is guaranteed to be sold. The only question is when.
"There have been many that have addressed us lately. Bjorn Helge has produced top performances.
"That is good not least for himself but also for the fans and the club. Our goal is to sell him."comments
