Sheffield United striker Robertson jailed

Sheffield United striker Jordan Robertson, who killed a father of five in a car crash on Christmas Day, was jailed for 32 months on Friday and banned from driving for five years.

Robertson, 21, pleaded guilty to causing death by dangerous driving at Leicester Crown Court. The Championship footballer told police he had been trying to change songs on his iPod in the black Mercedes sports car when he ploughed into Omar Mohamed's car on the M1 motorway.
