Premier League strugglers Sunderland are holding a news conference later on Thursday after media reports said manager Roy Keane had left the club.
Sunderland would not comment on the reports, but it would not be a surprise if Keane had parted company with the club he guided back to the Premier League.
Despite spending around 80 million quid in the transfer market since taking over in August 2006, Sunderland are languishing in the relegation zone having lost five of their last six league matches.
On Saturday, Keane publicly questioned his own future as manager after his side were thumped 4-1 at home by Bolton Wanderers in his 100th match in charge.
More to follow, obviously. Chat about it in the forums if you like...
