United set for Leeds clash in Cup

LONDON - Manchester United will face old rivals Leeds United or non-league hopefuls Kettering Town in the FA Cup Third Round, while holders Chelsea can look forward to a home tie with Championship side Watford after Sunday's draw.

Kettering drew 1-1 with League One leaders Leeds on Sunday and the prize for victory in the replay could hardly be greater, with a trip to Old Trafford to face record 11-times winners United at stake.

Three all-Premier League ties came out of the hat in the draw for the third round, when teams from the top two divisions enter the competition. They were West Ham United v Arsenal, Aston Villa v Blackburn Rovers and Wigan Athletic v Hull City.

The matches will be played over the weekend of January 2-3.
