The following terms and conditions ("the Terms and Conditions") apply to all information accessed from the fourfourtwo.com web site ("the Site"). Please read them carefully. By accessing fourfourtwo.com you are agreeing to the terms that appear below, whether or not you register as a user. You hereby confirm that all of the information that you may receive from the Site is for information purposes only and should be independently verified before relying on the same.

INTRODUCTION This Site is owned and operated by Haymarket Media Limited ("Haymarket"), a Hong Kong registered company.
Users will be able to access some of the information and data on the Site without going through the registration process, though certain areas are only accessible if users register. Some of the material is offered free, however, if additional material is considered Premium Content, users will be asked to pay by giving their credit card details. Haymarket reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's access to the Site at any time and may exercise this right with or without notice.
PROPRIETARY RIGHTS The Site and all information, material and reports on this Site are proprietary to and the copyright belongs to Haymarket or its third party partners. Copying, reproducing, republishing, redistributing or in any way modify modifying the information without the prior written permission of Haymarket is prohibited. The information contained on the Site should be used for personal non-commercial use only. All trade marks and logos appearing on the Site are Haymarket's or its third party partners'. They cannot be used without the written permission of Haymarket.
THIRD PARTY INFORMATION The information available on the Site may contain information provided by third parties or from other sources or references. Haymarket will endeavour to ensure that such information is up to date and accurate at the time it is posted on the Site, however Haymarket does not verify such information and therefore caution should be exercised in relation to the reliability and accuracy of the information.
REGISTRATION, PAID SUBSCRIPTION AND PRIVACY When registering with the Site or subscribing to products ("Products") or services, users must provide accurate and complete registration information, in particular their email address. Notifying Haymarket of any changes to this personal information is the responsibility of the user. Each registration or paid subscription is for a single user only. Users may not share their name or password with another person or allow multiple users to log into the Site using their credentials. Users are responsible for all use of the Site made by themselves or anyone else using their credentials.
Haymarket will automatically log all unauthorized or attempted duplicate user logins. If you are found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions, Haymarket reserves the rights to apply additional user charges or terminate your account without prior notification. PAID PRINT MAGAZINE & ONLINE SUBSCRIPTION POLICY There is NO refund for termination of subscription. Subscriptions products cannot be exchanged for different ones. Claims over two months old for undelivered copies/past issues will not be entertained.
ONLINE AND EMAGAZINE ACCOUNT ACTIVATION Account activation is usually made within two working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Hong Kong Public Holidays) from date of confirmation of cleared, received payment.
EMAIL NEWSLETTERS Users may subscribe to the Site's Email Newsletters. The use of the content in these newsletters is subject to these Terms and Conditions.
SITE TRANSACTIONS WITH THIRD PARTIES Third party partners of Haymarket may offer reports, consultancy services, transactional services or other information and Products for sale on the Site. When users purchase such Products on the Site their contract is with the third party and not with Haymarket.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENT POLICY Payments received and transacted online via credit card or debit card are done so at the customers' own control, and by the customers' own actions. It is the sole responsibility of the customer/subscriber to ensure that they use the appropriate payment method. All payments by credit cards are final. Once accepted, they cannot be reversed, refunded, or changed to other payment methods.
COMPETITIONS These rules (the “Rules”) apply to all prize promotions including free draws, prize competitions and instant win offers unless otherwise stated on the Website. Depending on the nature of the competition there may be additional rules imposed by us (or selected third parties) and each such offer may be subject to its own express terms and may not be available in all jurisdictions.
All entrants to a Promotion must be at least 18 years of age at the date of entry and comply with any further age and/or other eligibility requirements set out in the Rules (e.g. in relation to residency and (where the prize includes travel outside the country or territory as indicated in the initial competition terms and conditions as outlined at the competition entry form and/or car hire) holding a valid passport, visa and/or driver’s licence). Proof of age may be required before a prize-winner can claim a prize. The eligibility of any entrant is at the sole discretion of Haymarket.
Only one entry per person and per household is permitted and spammers will be disqualified.
All entries must be made in accordance with the Rules and must be received by Haymarket by the closing date. Entries made otherwise shall be invalid. Haymarket accepts no responsibility or liability for any lost, damaged or incomplete entries and all such entries will be deemed invalid. Proof of despatch shall not be proof of entry.
Haymarket and the promoter reserve the right at its sole discretion to (without prior notice), cancel the Promotion and/or to substitute the prize for another prize of equal value.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to enter the competitions unless otherwise stated on the promotional activity with a specific competition.
By entering the prize draw, the entrant agrees to be bound by the Rules and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material accompanying the promotion.
Prize-winners will be notified in writing within 6 weeks of the applicable closing date (or such other timeframe as is indicated in the initial competition terms and conditions as outlined at the competition entry form). If a prize-winner fails to respond to claim his/her prize within 14 days of receipt of the notification, Haymarket shall be entitled to select an alternative prize-winner. In such circumstances Haymarket shall use reasonable endeavours to notify the alternative prize-winner within nine weeks of the closing date (or such other timeframe as is indicated on the Website).
Prize draws are open to all residents of the country or territory as indicated in the initial competition terms and conditions as outlined at the competition entry form, except employees of Haymarket (and its subsidiaries), the promoter and their immediate families, the promoters advertising agency and sales promotion consultancy, and anyone else connected with the creation and administration of the promotion.
Haymarket’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Haymarket will not accept responsibility for loss through technical fault, incomplete, illegible or other damaged entries. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.
Prize-winners will receive their prize within 6 weeks of notification unless otherwise specified on the Website. The terms and conditions of any third party supplier may apply and must be accepted and complied with by a prize-winner to accept the prize.
Haymarket will not be liable if a prize does not reach a prize-winner for any reason outside the control of Haymarket or if a prize is damaged during delivery.
It is your responsibility to ensure that when entering competitions which, if won, could result in time off work, your employer is in agreement to time off. When dates are specified they cannot be altered.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
Depending on the nature of the prize, its use or enjoyment may be subject to further conditions or restrictions.
By entering the promotion, the winner or winners consent to any publicity generated as a result of the promotion, and use on the Website at any time.
Where relevant, all taxes, insurances, transfers, spending money and other expenses (including meals or personal expenses upgrades etc) are, unless otherwise specifically stated, the sole responsibility of the prize-winner.
Other than for death or personal injury arising from the negligence of Haymarket, Haymarket hereby excludes (so far as is permitted by law) all liability for any loss, damage, cost and expense, whether direct or indirect, howsoever caused in connection with any competition or any aspect of the prize.
The promotional draw is held by Haymarket.
SOFTWARE Your use of any Software on the Site will be governed by the terms of the licence agreement that is included with that software.
DISCLAIMER The content of the information and reports contained on the Site are for general information purposes only and the information should be independently verified before relying on the same. The information does not constitute any form of advice by Haymarket for users to act or refrain from making any specific decision. In particular, Haymarket and its directors accept no responsibility for any loss resulting from any matter contained on the Site.
NO WARRANTIES Haymarket does not give any warranties including but not limited to any warranties in relation to the accuracy or completeness of any of the content, information or reports available in respect of the Site or in respect of any material and reports made available by any third party partners through the Site. The Site and the content, information and reports available on the Site are provided on an as is basis and Stuff.tv hereby disclaims all warranties and duties of whatsoever nature express or implied including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In addition Haymarket makes no warranty that the Site is free from any viruses.
LIMITATION ON DAMAGES Users of this Site agree that Haymarket will not be liable to them or any third party for any damages that they may incur in relation to the use of the Site or any services available thereon.
CHANGES TO THE SITE AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS Haymarket reserves the right at its sole discretion to make changes to the Site and the Terms and Conditions. Any use of the Site after the Terms and Conditions have been amended will be in accordance with the new Terms and Conditions and use of the Site after the Terms and Conditions have been amended will confirm a user's acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
GOVERNING LAW These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
GENERAL If any provisions of these Terms and Conditions are found to be invalid by any court having jurisdiction then the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions which shall remain in full force and effect.
