Football fans in Singapore will have another choice of channel to watch Premier League matches on from next season...
Eleven Sports network continues to grow, signing a multi-year deal with Singtel to port over selected live Premier League matches.
They will broadcast three live matches on a weekly basis, with users able to view them on Eleven’s digital service as well as new television TV channel.
“By securing the rights to broadcast three live Premier League matches, we’ve added one of the biggest sports properties out there,” said Eleven Sports Asia managing director Joyee Biswas.
“We can be very proud of this agreement and all that we’ve achieved so far and yet this is only the beginning. Our viewers in Singapore can rest assured that we will continue to bring them more of the most compelling sports content from around the world.”
Singtel were also pleased with the arrangement.
“We have been beefing up our quality sports offerings in the past year, and the addition of a new channel from Eleven carrying three of the live matches complements our wall-to-wall coverage of the Premier League, which is one of the top performing programmes on Singtel TV,” added Mr Goh Seow Eng, managing director, home, consumer Singapore, Singtel.
Subscribers can access Premier League action on the Eleven Sports digital streaming service available at www.elevensports.sg and via the app which can be downloaded from Google Play and the App Store. It will also be available on Singtel TV channel 103.comments
