The Tampines Rovers defender was one of the 23 players selected by Football Association of Singapore on Friday morning but told FourFourTwo that he has decided to reject the call-up.

“I have decided to withdraw from the squad… in fact I'm calling it a day for international football,” Noh said. “It was a very hard decision though.

"I appreciate Sundram calling me up and I have always given everything for the national team. But I spoke with Sundram and he respect my reasons and we will move on."

Noh was a surprise inclusion in Sundram’s squad, after making his last Singapore appearance  three years ago, August 14, 2013 in a 2-0 loss to Oman.

He has won two AFF Suzuki Cup and represented the Lions 80 times.

Sundram might have to call up a replacement as Singapore will take on Myanmar on June 3 in the AYA Bank Cup.
