Singapore's Under-23 team will be facing some quality opposition this February 14, with Japan's Under-22 National Team set to visit Jalan Besar Stadium.
This match will serve as part of the U23s’ preparations for this year’s Southeast Asian (SEA) Games in Singapore, and follows a recent training tour to Turkey where the team played four matches, including a 1-1 draw with the Uzbekistan U21 side.
"We had a very productive time in Turkey, where the boys got to train and play intensively with no distractions," Singapore U23 Head Coach Aide Iskandar said.
"This match against the Japan Under-22s will be another stern test for us, which will only do us good as we prepare for the SEA Games in June."
Ticketing details and the squad for the match will be announced at a later date.
