What if you could change the rules? What if you could take the game you love and transform it for the better? What if you could #uncagefootball?
Tiger Street Football is back in Asia for a fourth edition this year, but this incarnation of the tournament promises a surprising twist that is set to turn the game of football on its head.
Yes, football is surely the beautiful game. But it’s got an ugly side too. All those 0-0 bore draws! The amazing playacting, the defensive tactics, dare we say it… the biting?! This year, Tiger Beer is on a mission to uncage football from its traditional shackles and bring the amazing creativity of Asia to life.
Headlined by former Barcelona, Porto and Chelsea midfielder Anderson Luis de Souza (that's Deco to you and me), fans are encouraged to share what they love and hate about the beautiful game - and in the process suggest rules to add to the competition by visiting www.uncagefootball.com.
The best suggestions will be implemented by Deco during the tournament, which kicks off in Cambodia on 9 August, followed by Mongolia on 23 August and finishing off with the final leg in Singapore on 6 September 2014.
If that's not enough, fans from Singapore, Cambodia and Australia who have sent in love/hate and rule suggestions will stand a chance to win a trip for two to meet Deco in Barcelona!
In addition to this top prize, football lovers will also be able to unlock badges and redeem smaller prizes by completing activities on the site and collecting unique Tiger Street Football points.
