When footballers and celebs meet, it can be a beautiful thing: Posh 'n' Becks, Jamie and Louise...errrrm...Ashley and Cheryl...for a bit - we could go on. Honestly. Don't think we're already out of ideas.

But, as One Direction's Louis Tomlinson found to his cost during a charity match in honour of Stiliyan Petrov, things don't always go so smoothly.

The preening popster was was clattered (read:clipped) by Aston Villa's Gabriel Agbonlahor, and promptly left the pitch to vomit his brains out. Some very tough football journalists then took to Twitter to debate the merits of the 'challenge' with 14-year-old girls for a few hours. So everybody had their fun...
