2014 AFF Suzuki Cup: FourFourTwo's Team of the Tournament

Now that the 2014 AFF Suzuki Cup is done and dusted, it is time for FourFourTwo to pick its team of the tournament..

We are part of The Trust Project What is it?

"No Chappuis? I'm out of here," said one of our writers right after we rejected his/her suggestion and named our best eleven players at the 2014 AFF Suzuki Cup. Thailand may have emerged champions at this year's edition, but not all of Kiatisuk Senamuang's players made it into our dream team. Find out who made it below, and whether you agree or disagree with our selection, hit us up on Facebook or Twitter and tell us what you think.

Kawin Thamsatchanan

Goalkeeper, Thailand

The 24-year-old Thai goalkeeper made 19 saves in total throughout the entire course of the tournament - a record he shared with Malaysia goalkeeper Khairul Fahmi Che Mat - and conceded just six goals, in which five of them came against Malaysia, a side he faced three times. The only time he did not concede against the Harimau Malaya was in the first leg of the 2014 AFF Suzuki Cup final in Thailand, which proved to be decisive because it prevented Dollah Salleh’s men from grabbing any away goal.
