Just another exciting few days in Southeast Asia as FourFourTwo selects its FiveFinds for this fine Monday in the region.

Despite the issues off the pitch, the Kota Bharu spirit exists

In the past year or so, there have been plenty of headlines coming out of Kelantan in terms of football.

Most of them have been negative and/or controversial. There was the failure to pay past players and coaches and it has led to the involvement of a certain health and beauty tycoon.

Events have gone from the sublime to the ridiculous of late but on Friday evening up in Kelantan, it was just about the football.

The fans filled the stadium, and boy, did they create an atmosphere. It was intense and the sound rolled down the sides of the old arena to bathe the pitch.

While Johor Darul Tazim took a 2-0 lead, the home fans kept going. They inspired the players and were in turn rewarded with a remarkable comeback which saw the match end 2-2.

Such an atmosphere would have been hard to match anywhere on the planet this weekend. It was one of those occasions when fans and stars combined to produce a fine spectacle. It was pure football.
