Real Madrid's interim president Vicente Boluda, who took over in January after Ramon Calderon resigned, said an election to appoint his successor would probably take place on June 7 or June 14. "For me the ideal date is June 7 but there is a clash with the European parliamentary elections," Boluda said in an interview with Marca newspaper, adding that the club might therefore be forced to hold the election the following week.
