Marseille captain Lorik Cana says he could yet join Everton if his expected switch to Hamburg collapses. The 25-year-old Albanian international has made more than 100 league appearances for the French outfit - scoring 17 times - since arriving from Paris Saint-Germain in 2005. And the Yugoslavia-born midfielder, who has won 31 caps for Albania, was believed to be attracting interest from Tottenham Hotspur, Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester City during the close-season. Spurs were thought to be leading the chase as manager Harry Redknapp sought a replacement for midfield Didier Zokora, who has departed White Hart Lane for Sevilla. However, Cana instead appeared set to leave Ligue 1 for the Bundesliga with Hamburg, although his latest comments have suggested the move is not yet 100 percent certain.
