MADRID - Midfielder Esteban Granero has returned to Real Madrid after two years at city rivals Getafe and signed a four-year contract, Real said on their website. The 22-year-old product of the Real youth programme, who Spanish media reported had cost around 4 million euros, is the club's fifth purchase of the summer. He signed his contract late on Thursday and trained with his new team mates on Friday, Real said. "These two years at Getafe have done me a lot of good and I feel I am ready," Granero said on Spanish radio. "It's a good chance for me to try to carve out a place for myself in the team and I think I can do it."
