GENEVA - Switzerland kept their World Cup qualifying bid on track with a 2-0 victory over Moldova at the Stade de Geneve on Wednesday. Blaise Nkufo set the Swiss on their way with his fifth goal in the qualifying campaign midway through the first half. Alex Frei took a Benjamin Huggel pass before scoring the second to make certain of a fourth qualifying victory on the trot. A second win over Moldova in successive games kept Switzerland level with chief rivals Greece at the top of qualifying Group Two, with 13 points from six matches. Moldova remain bottom of the standings.
