BERLIN - Croatian striker Mladen Petric tore a thigh muscle in Hamburg's 2-0 win over Energie Cottbus on Sunday and will miss the UEFA Cup round of 16 return leg against Turkish side Galatasaray this week. The striker, who has scored 10 times this season, is likely to be out for at least two weeks. "I felt a sting in the muscle. I must now sit out between two and three weeks," Petric, who was substituted in the 28th minute, told reporters. Hamburg travel to Istanbul this week for Thursday's return leg after the sides drew 1-1 draw in Germany.
