Wigan Athletic have won a court action against Greater Manchester Police over a 300,000 pounds ($448,100) bill. The Court of Appeal in London said it had upheld the Premier League's club's complaint that they had been overcharged for policing home matches, meaning Wigan are entitled to a return of about 27,000 pounds.
