Promoted Wolverhampton Wanderers began to bolster their ranks for life in the Premier League on Monday with the signing of Serbia international midfielder Nenad Milijas from Red Star Belgrade. The club reported on their website that the 26-year-old had signed a four-year contract for an undisclosed fee, subject to receiving a work permit. Milijas has been a regular for Serbia in the current World Cup qualifying campaign in which they top their group from France. "He'a a real leader, a captain-type," Wolves chief executive Jez Moxey told the club's website. "This is a big signing for us and we are absolutely delighted."
