15) Prak Sovannara (Cambodia)
The former right-sided midfielder retired from playing at just 27 to focus on coaching and has held a series of posts since then, including two stints in charge of the Cambodian national team.
He led Cambodia at the 2009 Challenge Cup qualifiers whilst working without a contract, saying of his month-to-month agreement that he was happy to contribute anyway he could to the nation he represented with distinction for six years.
He won the league title with Naga in 2010 and has his current club, Boeung Ket, sitting clear at the top of the standings without dropping a match at the midway point of the season.
A man who is famed for his attention to detail – he was one of the first in the country to start recording training sessions – he is regarded as the best of the local coaches in a league which is not without its problems.
