The Cheetahs will look for continuity in the coming season after choosing to retain most of their playing squad while also promoting a number of their prime league starlets who made sporadic appearances for the senior team last season.

On the incomings front, coach Phillipe Aw has opted for younger players with the likes of Muhaimin Suhaimi, Illyas Lee and Ashrul Syafeeq all being brought to the club.

Young Italian forward Antoine Viterale has been retained to fill one of the two foreigners’ slots and Englishman Adam Mitter will fill the second spot for the Cheetahs, a move aimed at bolstering the backline of Aw's side.
