Pogba offered to Barca

The Daily Mail wrote that La Liga champs Barcelona have been offered the chance to sign Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba.

The French international, who has impressed in helping his country to their first World Cup final in 12 years, is reportedly unhappy at Old Trafford under boss Jose Mourinho.

25-year-old Pogba, who was a target for the Catalan side in 2015, moved to United for £89million back in 2016.

Courtois in advanced Real talks

According to the Sunday Express, Real Madrid are currently in advanced talks with Chelsea goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois over a move to the Bernabeu.

The Belgian international, who played a part in his country’s World Cup third-place win against England, has made no secret of his desire to return to La Liga.

26-year-old Courtois, who is contracted till next summer, will not be allowed to move until the Blues have secured a replacement.

Napoli demanding £80m for Koulibaly

Napoli have slapped a £80-million price tag on defender Kalidou Koulibaly so as to discourage interest from Chelsea wrote the Mirror.

The Senegal international could still be reunited with former teammate Jorginho and manager Maurizio Sarri – both of whom have already made the move from Naples to London.

27-year-old Koulibaly, who is contracted till next year, made 45 appearances last season scoring five goals for the Serie A side.

Shaw rejects Goodison Park move

Manchester United’s left-back Luke Shaw has declined a move to Everton to rebuild his stalled career reported The Sunday Times.

The English international, who was heavily criticised by Red Devils boss Jose Mourinho last season, played in just a total of 19 games.

23-year-old Shaw, who moved to Old Trafford in 2014, cost in the region of £30 million from Southampton.

Gunners chase Bentancur

Arsenal’s new manager Unai Emery wants to bring Juventus’ midfielder Rodrigo Bentancur to the Emirates stated Gazzetta dello Sport.

The Uruguayan international, who impressed for his country at the World Cup, is also said to be a target for Barcelona.

21-year-old Bentancur, who moved from Boca Juniors just a year back, has made 27 appearances for the Serie A champions.
