Real open to Asensio sale

Real Madrid are willing to listen to offers for winger Marco Asensio in January claims the Sun.

The Spanish international, who is a longstanding target for Liverpool and Manchester United, has failed to impress since the departure of Cristiano Ronaldo and Los Blancos have slapped a £100-million price tag on the player.

22-year-old Asensio, who is also interesting the likes of Paris Saint-Germain and Chelsea, is contracted till 2023.

Martial still chasing United exit

The Mirror writes that Anthony Martial is still seeking a move away from Manchester United in order to secure more playing opportunities.

The French international forward is out of contract in the summer, but the Red Devils have a one-year extension option on his deal.

22-year-old Martial, who has two goals in eight appearances this season, has had a difficult relationship with United manager Jose Mourinho.

Gunners in pole position to sign Bayern target Under

Arsenal look set to beat Bayern Munich to land AS Roma forward Cengiz Under states Forza Roma.

The Turkish international, who can also play as a winger, has been a revelation since moving to the Serie A for €13.4 million from Basaksehir last year.

21-year-old Under, who is expected to cost £52 million, has 10 goals in 39 appearances for Roma so far.

Chiellini backs Pogba return

Juventus captain Giorgio Chiellini has said that Manchester United star Paul Pogba will be welcomed back at the Serie A champions according to the Mirror.

The Italian international described World Cup winner Pogba as “special” and is “kissed by mother nature with talent, like LeBron James or [Usain] Bolt”.

25-year-old Pogba, whose performances has been criticised by United manager Jose Mourinho and former stars, won four Serie A titles and two Coppa Italias during his four years in Italy.

Sandro in contract deadlock with Juve

Juventus and their in-demand full-back Alex Sandro are currently locked in a contract-talk stalemate reports Calciomercato.

The Brazilian international, who is reportedly keen to extend his deal, is demanding €5 million in wages a season – €2 million more than what the Serie A champions are offering.

27-year-old Sandro, who has hit peak form again this season, is a target for Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester United.
