How to watch USMNT vs. Mexico on Friday in World Cup qualifying

Can't make it to Columbus? Don't have cable. You're not out of luck. Here's how to watch:

The United States men’s national team opens the final round of World Cup qualifying on Friday against Mexico at MAPFRE Stadium in Columbus, Ohio.

Coverage of the match begins at 7:45 p.m. ET on FS1 and Univision, but if you don’t have cable you can still watch the match online with fuboTV. A subscription to fuboTV will get you access to the Univision stream on Friday in addition to hundreds of other matches, including Tuesday’s road World Cup qualifier against Costa Rica (that one you can watch in English via BeIn Sports).

Friday begins “The Hex,” as it’s dauntingly known. The final six CONCACAF teams remaining in contention for the 2018 World Cup play each other once home and once away, with the top three advancing to the World Cup and the fourth entering an intercontinental playoff. The U.S. men have qualified for seven straight World Cups, dating back to 1990 (they automatically qualified for the 1994 World Cup as hosts).

On Friday, the homestretch of the Road to Russia 2018 begins in Columbus, where the Americans have beaten Columbus by a 2-0 scoreline in four consecutive cycles of World Cup qualifying. Will ‘Dos a Cero’ continue on Friday night? Here’s how to watch if you aren’t in Columbus:
