World Cup 2022: What are the rules on yellow and red cards, and who is suspended?

With the World Cup 2022 lasting no more than seven games for any team, players have had to watch their discipline from the start of the tournament.

Unlike in a league campaign, it doesn't take all that much to earn yourself a ban for yellow or red cards at the World Cup.
