Lazio vs Inter Milan: Coppa Italia final preview
Inter Milan were the nearly men of 2024/25, finishing second in Serie A and losing the Champions League final to Paris Saint-Germain - but they have well and truly shed that tag this season.
The Nerazzurri regained their league title with three games to spare earlier this month, allowing them to focus fully on securing their first Serie A and Coppa Italia Double since Jose Mourinho's Treble winners of 2009/10.
Manager Cristian Chivu was a player in the side that swept all before them at home and abroad 16 years ago, and he will now look to cap an excellent first season in charge of Inter.
He will be confident of doing so, having seen his team cruise past their Coppa Italia final opponents in Serie A on Saturday with a 3-0 win at the Stadio Olimpico.

Lazio will hope that defeat at the weekend isn't a sign of things to come, but a 2-0 loss earlier in the season means they have shipped five goals to Inter and scored none in 2025/26.
The Biancocelesti have had a frustratingly inconsistent campaign, and while they are well-placed to finish in the top half of Serie A, their hopes of qualifying for Europe via the league died several weeks ago.
It means that silverware is not the only thing on the line for Lazio, who will secure a place in next season's Europa League if they lift the trophy.
Manager Maurizio Sarri will hope playing in their home stadium will boost his side, who are looking to claim the club's first Coppa Italia since 2019.
FourFourTwo's prediction
Lazio 0-2 Inter Milan
Inter showed at the weekend that they should have more than enough to secure another trophy.
