Newport County vs Newcastle United live stream: how to watch the Carabao Cup wherever you are in the world
How to watch a Newport County vs Newcastle United live stream, as Steve Bruce's Magpies look to avoid an upset
Newport County vs Newcastle United live stream, Sky Sports, Wednesday September 30, 5.30pm BST
Newcastle United will be looking to take their place in the quarter-finals of the Carabao Cup tonight, with a win over minnows Newport County. The Toon have been in excellent form so far in this competition. They defeated Blackburn Rovers in their opening match, before demolishing Morcambe 7-0 in the third round.
Their league form has been consistently inconsistent however, with a win, draw and a loss from their opening three fixtures. The Magpies remain a work in progress but fans will be quietly thrilled about the job Bruce has performed since taking the reins a little over a year ago.
The former Manchester United defender guided Newcastle to a solid 13th placed finish last season and will be hoping to improve on that, while enjoying a decent cup run on the side.
Newport have already defeated a far bigger club than themselves on their march to the fourth round of the Carabao Cup. They defeated Watford in the previous round and will back themselves to surprise Newcastle tonight too.
Michael Flynn's side currently sit third in League Two, and haven't lost a match yet this season. They're certainly the form side, but do they have what it takes to reach the last eight of the competition? Anything can happen in the cup.
Kick-off is at 5.30pm BST and the game is being shown on Sky Sports Football and Sky Sports Main Event in the UK. See below for watching details where you are.

Use a VPN to watch a Newport County vs Newcastle United live stream from outside your country
If you’re on holiday or just simply out of the country, your domestic on-demand services won’t work – the broadcaster knows exactly where you are from your IP address. Your access to the game will be automatically blocked, which is annoying if you’ve paid a subscription fee and don't want to use an illegal, buffering stream that makes you miss another Jamie Vardy goal. And that's where we recommend ExpressVPN (more on which below).
All you need to do is get a Virtual Private Network (VPN) to get beyond such aggravations (assuming it complies with your broadcaster’s T&Cs). A VPN creates a private connection between your device and the internet, meaning suppliers can’t work out where you are and what you’re doing. The info going to and from is entirely encrypted.
There are plenty of options out there, including:
ExpressVPN
Including a 30-day, money-back guarantee
FourFourTwo’s brainy office mates TechRadar love its super speedy connections, trustworthy security and the fact it works with Android, Apple, Roku, Amazon Fire TV, PS4 and loads more. You also get a money-back guarantee, 24/7 support and it's currently available for a knockdown price. Go get it!
NordVPN
Including a 30-day, money-back guarantee
A cheaper option; its cheapest package current averages at a wallet-friendly £2.29 per month.
IPVanish
Including a 30-day, money-back guarantee
Slightly more expensive but supports up to 10 devices, and you can pay for it every three months if you need to.
