Motherwell v Rangers live stream: how to watch the Scottish Premiership wherever you are in the world
Watch a Motherwell v Rangers live stream, as Steven Gerrard's side look to continue their unbeaten run
Motherwell v Rangers live stream, Sky Sports, Sunday 17 January, 12pm GMT
Rangers will be looking to tighten their grip on top spot in the Scottish Premiership when they face Motherwell on Sunday.
Steven Gerrard’s side continued their march towards the title last weekend, beating Aberdeen 2-1 to move 21 points clear of arch-rivals Celtic. Having recently beaten Neil Lennon’s side at Ibrox, it does not feel premature to say that the Gers have one hand on the trophy already. Gerrard will not allow his players to lose focus, though, as Rangers seek a 22nd victory in their 24th league encounter of the campaign. You can get 2/7 on a Rangers win with Grosvenor Sports, where new customers can bet £10 and get £20 in Free Bets.
Motherwell find themselves at the wrong end of the table. Graham Alexander was appointed as Stephen Robinson’s replacement last week, and the former Burnley and Preston midfielder for his first win in the job here.
Alexander did succeed in steering Motherwell away from a third consecutive defeat last weekend, but a 1-1 draw with St Mirren means they are still without a win in their last 10 league outings. Now out of the bottom two on goal difference alone, Motherwell need to turn their situation around quickly. A game against Rangers is quite the baptism of fire at Fir Park for Alexander, who was entitled to feel a little hard done by when he was sacked by Salford in October.
Rangers will have to make do without Kemar Roofe, George Edmundsson, Nikola Katic and Scott Arfield, but Ryan Jack and Jordan Jones could be back in contention. Ianis Hagi will hope to keep his place in the front three alongside Ryan Kent and Alfredo Morelos, who was the two-goal hero against Aberdeen last time out.
Motherwell will be unable to call upon Chris Long and Scott Fox for the visit of the league leaders. Jack Carroll is available again following 10 months out, but Trevor Carson, Ricki Lamie, Charles Dunne and Liam Donnelly will need to be assessed. You can get 8/1 on a Motherwell win with Grosvenor Sports, and the draw is available at 17/4.
Kick-off is at 12pm GMT and the game is being shown on Sky Sports Football in the UK. See below for watching details where you are.

Use a VPN to watch a Motherwell v Rangers live stream from outside your country
If you’re on holiday or just simply out of the country, your domestic on-demand services won’t work – the broadcaster knows exactly where you are from your IP address. Your access to the game will be automatically blocked, which is annoying if you’ve paid a subscription fee and don't want to use an illegal, buffering stream that makes you miss another Bukayo Saka assist. And that's where we recommend ExpressVPN (more on which below).
All you need to do is get a Virtual Private Network (VPN) to get beyond such aggravations (assuming it complies with your broadcaster’s T&Cs). A VPN creates a private connection between your device and the internet, meaning suppliers can’t work out where you are and what you’re doing. The info going to and from is entirely encrypted.
There are plenty of options out there, including:
ExpressVPN
Including a 30-day, money-back guarantee
FourFourTwo’s brainy office mates TechRadar love its super speedy connections, trustworthy security and the fact it works with Android, Apple, Roku, Amazon Fire TV, PS4 and loads more. You also get a money-back guarantee, 24/7 support and it's currently available for a knockdown price. Go get it!
NordVPN
Including a 30-day, money-back guarantee
A cheaper option; its cheapest package current averages at a wallet-friendly £2.29 per month.
IPVanish
Including a 30-day, money-back guarantee
Slightly more expensive but supports up to 10 devices, and you can pay for it every three months if you need to.
