EFL requests meeting with Charlton’s owners in bid to resolve takeover

The English Football League wants to meet with Charlton’s current and prospective new owners in a bid to resolve the club’s protracted takeover.

Manchester-based businessman Paul Elliott took control of East Street Investments (ESI), the company that owns the Addicks, from Tahnoon Nimer last month.
