Brahimi keen to work with Wenger
French starlet Yacine Brahimi is hopeful of one day joining Arsenal and playing under Arsene Wenger, according to the player's agent.
The 19-year-old Clairefontaine graduate has yet to make his league debut for Stade Rennes since arriving from Paris Saint-Germain's youth ranks in 2006.
However, the midfield prodigy continues to impress on the international stage, netting 12 times in 19 appearances for the French U19s, leading to speculation linking him with Manchester United, Chelsea and Real Madrid.
Brahimi has joined Ligue 2 outfit Clermont Foot on a season-long loan in order to gain regular first-team football, with the talented teenager making eight league appearances so far this season, scoring once.
And the player's representitive, Thomas Kroth, has revealed that Brahimi's dream is to play under Wenger at the Emirates Stadium, but does not anticipate a move for the midfielder for at least another two years.
“We have had no contact from any big clubs, it is just rumours. Yacine is just concentrating on his football, He is on loan at Clermont Foot, and contracted to a great club in Rennes," he told Sport.co.uk.
"He doesn't want to move at this moment in time as he wants to play football every week, and further his development.
“He is a massive fan of Arsene Wenger, and would love to work with him. However, he wants to play one or two more seasons in France.”
