Arsenal forward Andriy Arshavin believes the Gunners can triumph both at home and in Europe this season.
Arsene Wenger's side have made a free-scoring start to 2009/10, netting 47 goals in their opening 17 games in all competitions, sitting third in the Premier League and top of Champions League Group H. And Russian playmaker Arshavin, who has scored five times from midfield so far this term, believes the club are well set to seriously challenge for both the Premier League and Champions League titles - which would end a five-year wait for silverware since lifting the FA Cup in 2005. "I want to win the Champions League and the Premier League," he told Sky Sports. "I am sure it is possible for Arsenal to do that. "We have to finish speaking about how young we are. I am so happy here, it's a new season and we need to play like we are a big and strong team."comments
