Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Niko Kranjcar says Harry Redknapp has had a 'massive influence' on his career since moving to England, and that he was a key factor behind his move to Spurs.
The playmaker became the third Portsmouth player to re-join Redknapp at White Hart Lane on transfer deadline day, following Jermain Defoe and Peter Crouch to North London.
And the Croatian international - who impressed on his full-debut for the club in the 5-0 mauling of Burnley - has revealed that the 62-year-old's man-managment style is second to none.
"Harry has had a massive influence on my career," he told official club magazine hotspur.
"He gave me my first chance to play abroad, settled me in slowly during my early days in England and then showed belief in me.
"His man-management skills make every player want to play for him and his football experience and knowledge of the game are big plus points as well."comments
