St Mirren manager Jim Goodwin expects to be “blown out of the water” by Jamie McGrath’s suitors despite offering to make the Republic of Ireland midfielder the highest-paid player in the club’s history.

Saints rejected a late bid from Hibernian for the 25-year-old in August and Goodwin expects bigger clubs to join the chase.
