Robinho: Blues unbeatable with Eto'o & Tevez
Manchester City star Robinho says he is pleased with manager Mark Hughes' capture of Blackburn Rovers striker Roque Santa Cruz.
And the Brazilian now believes his boss should go all-out to land Barcelona striker Samuel Eto'o and Manchester United forward Carlos Tevez to help make the Blues unbeatable next season.
Hughes has already splashed the cash during the close-season, bringing in Aston Villa midfielder Gareth Barry and Santa Cruz for £12 million and £18 million respectively.
And with Tevez - who announced he will be leaving the Premier League champions last weekend - being tipped to follow, former Real Madrid man Robinho is confident the Eastlands outfit are well on the way to becoming the biggest team in Manchester.
“It is very good to know my club is going for top-quality players like these," he said in The Sun.
"Now I hope we can get Eto'o as well. I've heard a deal for Carlos [Tevez] will be sorted very soon.
“A player like Santa Cruz is more than welcome. I hope the club keep signing players with that quality. If so, we will be almost unbeatable.
"We want to make City the biggest club in Manchester and win titles, as many as possible.”
