Srna to snub Spurs for Barcelona?

The 27-year-old attacking right-back, who recently lifted the UEFA Cup as captain of Ukrainian outfit Shakhtar Donetsk, is being linked with a move away from eastern Europe this summer, with Spurs' Croatian defender Vedran Corluka recently revealing that the North London outfit were keen to acquire Srna's services.

However, German giants Bayern Munich and Spanish treble winners Barcelona have since emerged as potential suitors for the Croatian international - who has made 62 appearances for his country, netting 17 times - with Srna himself admitting he is flattered by the Catalans' interest.

"The interest of Barcelona is very nice," he said.

"But my contract does not expire until 2011 and so I don't want to comment on any possible transfers.

"It all depends on the decision of the club's owner."
