Sony Ericsson competition terms & conditions
Terms and conditions for competition to win Sony Ericsson XperiaTM X10.
- The prize draw isn’t open to T-Mobile employees, contractors, their family or friends, or FourFourTwo employees, contractors, their family or friends.
- In the week after the prize draw FourFourTwo will pick one winner at random from all the correct entries and they will be contacted by phone.
- If the winner can’t take the call a message will be left to get in touch within seven days. If they do not respond, a redraw will take place and another winner will be chosen.
- The winners will be sent a Sony Ericsson X10 handset within 28 days of the draw.
- The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. The prize must not be used for promotional purposes and the winners may be required to participate in publicity reasonably requested by T-Mobile.
- Handset will be supplied with a T-Mobile SIM card, and will be locked to the T-Mobile network.
- By entering this prize draw, you also agree that the personal data you provide to us can be used and shared with other T-Mobile companies and selected third parties for marketing purposes. We will continue to send you this information until you tell us otherwise by emailing us at webmaster@t-mobile.co.uk.
