Spurs target Chamakh reveals Arsenal ambition
Bordeaux starlet Marouane Chamakh says it would be a dream to play under Arsene Wenger at the Emirates Stadium.
The 25-year-old, who has earned 50 caps for Morocco scoring 15 goals, has netted 11 times in Ligue 1 this season.
And although the Gunners' bitter North London rivals Tottenham Hotspur are also believed to be chasing the highly-rated forward, Chamakh has revealed it would be difficult to turn down the Gunners should they come calling.
“I have heard about the Arsenal rumours. But my agent does not want to talk to me about them so that I stay focused until the end of the season," he told Aujourd’hui Sport.
“I want to play in the Premier League and a club like Arsenal would be a dream. If they were to come calling, I would certainly give them a positive answer. But there is nothing concrete at the moment.”
