Wilshere tipped for the top by UEFA
Arsenal starlet Jack Wilshere has been named in UEFA's top 10 stars of the future following the U17 European Championships in Germany.
England exited the tournament at the group stage, losing 1-0 to Turkey, 4-0 to hosts and eventual winners Germany and drawing 1-1 with Holland.
However, Wilshere's performances impressed European football's governing body enough to include him in their elite list of performers, which also included Liverpool's German youngster, Christopher Buchtmann.
The 17-year-old's stock has risen dramatically this season following a string of impressive reserve team and pre-season displays for Arsene Wenger's side.
He was handed his Premier League debut in September in the Gunners' 4-0 win at Blackburn, and has since made a further seven appearances for the Emirates Stadium outfit, scoring in a 6-0 League Cup drubbing of Sheffield United and appearing in Champions League ties against Dynamo Kiev and Porto.

Janick Kamber (Switzerland) - Basel
Marc Muniesa (Spain) - Barcelona
